This cover was ordered to replace a white plastic cover. It matches my Travertine backsplash perfectly. The fit is perfect around the opening and it blends with the other switch plates I used.
I loved that we were able to order returnable samples of the plate to pick out the color. Upon receiving the samples I quickly discovered that our natural tile was very splotchy and multi colored. No one color actually fit. We decided to pick out the closest choice because the quality and texture was the next best thing to expensive custom stone plates. To our delight I was able to paint to match with acrylic paints. The color actually seems to absorb into the palates instead of sitting on the surface. I finished off with the same sealant as the tile. The plates now blend in perfectly with our natural stone tile. Please keep in mind that merchandise that has been modified is not something that you can return.
We recently remodeled our kitchen and wanted new switch plates to compliment our new counters/backsplash. The switch plates I chose are fantastic.....the stone-like finish is unique and perfect!
The noce faceplate matched my tile perfectly. One plug is recessed but no big deal.
The product is beautiful, matches perfectly. [...]. Would use this product again.
This is my second purchase . . . we remodeled our pantry, added outlets so of course the covers needed to match the ones already in my kitchen and bar area. I love the covers. I have a tumbled stone backsplash and they accent it so well.
excellent customer service , product and great shipping. Would purchase again.
The switch plates go great with my porcelain tile and blend in great. Already friends have commented on the great way they look. They really dress up the back splash tile. I was also impressed with the variety of configurations they come in. Anything you want. I will definately recommend this website to everyone who wants a great looking wall.
Stonique switchplates are so beautiful. It looks like a piece of art on the wall! Even the screws are painted to match the stonique. Simply gorgeous!
I was having trouble finding a 2 switch duplex cover in Noce that matched my newly installed travetine backsplash. The Stonique Noce was the perfect match in color and material. Very happy with the results.
This is my third order from Switch Hits and I am crazy about this business and the products! Excellent customer service as well.
Best color selection to perfectly match travertine backsplash. I ordered the samples first, which allowed me to order the perfect color. Very happy with purchase.
[...]I emailed to cancel an item I ordered incorrectly and asked if they could swap out with the right one. They did it with no hassle and even refunded the difference.
Excellent color. Perfect fit....I could not have been more pleased.
The switch plates are beautiful. Really dress up any room. I have these in my kitchen, and they look great! Easy to install.
After a few years one of my Stonique switch covers cracked. It was on the most used outlet in our kitchen and used a lot. When I called to see what color I had ordered, they said they would replace it. They have been super responsive and helpful! Hard to find these days! These covers are very nice and really look great on the stone backsplash in our cabin! Will definitely use this company again!
The switch plates are very thick, more so than I think is ideal.
I needed a unique way to accent American Clay and full log walls. The Stonique switchplates are perfect - the range of colors available allowed me to match or contrast and the texture is just right. I just needed longer screws for some of the plates - maybe they are available as an option?
We remodeled our kitchen and wanted something to match our backsplash. This matched almost perfectly! A couple of people have asked if the tile company actually made the switch plates for us, & were surprised when I told them no because that's how close they match. They are a little bulky then regualr switch plates but from a distance you can't really tell. We are very pleased with them.
