Returns
All returns must be initiated through our online returns portal. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions through the portal. Returned items must be received in original, unused, and sellable condition. Items that arrive damaged, altered, or improperly packaged are not eligible for a refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.
Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery may be issued as store credit, provided the items are received in sellable condition.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If a different item, configuration, or quantity is desired, a new order must be placed through our website. Eligible items from the original order may be returned through the returns portal.
Return Packaging Requirements
Returned items must be packaged securely to prevent damage in transit. Items must be wrapped with protective materials on all sides. Screws must be packaged separately to avoid surface damage. Breakable switchplates must be stacked vertically, not flat Multiple items must be packed snugly to prevent movementItems damaged due to improper packaging are not eligible for a refund.
Returns sent directly to our facility without authorization will not be accepted.
Defective Items
If you believe an item is defective, submit a return request through the returns portal within 7 days of delivery and include photos and a description of the issue.
Due to the handcrafted nature of many of our products, natural variations in color, cut, and finish are expected and are not considered defects.
Do not return defective items until you receive further instructions.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, submit a request through the returns portal as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging.
Do not discard packaging or return the item until instructed, as the carrier may require inspection.
Wrong Item Shipped
If you received an incorrect item, submit a request through the returns portal so the issue can be resolved promptly.
Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Made-to-Order Items – Return Policy
Some made-to-order items are not returnable and are clearly marked as such on the product page.
All eligible made-to-order returns must be submitted through the returns portal and are subject to applicable restocking fees, which will be disclosed during the return request process.
