Absolutely loved working with Switch Hits! Their products are unique, beautifully crafted, and add wonderful character and subtle sophistication to our home. The customer service is outstanding, and the entire experience has been exceptional from start to finish. I can honestly say I’ll never shop anywhere else for outlet covers or anything related to them. I officially made the Switch!
Great shopping experience items were shipped quickly and when I did need a return and replacement, it was handled very quickly and professionally thank you
When they were out of stock, the support team let me know they would be restocked soon!
Great overall experience. Website is easy to navigate and product selection is great! Would shop here again for sure.
There was one "hiccup".
One item was on backorder, but the other items shipped before they asked how I wanted to proceed.
I'm GLAD I waited.
I am very very happy with the various switch plate and outlook covers that I bought from switch hits. They are installed throughout my home and I highly recommend them.
Thank you for the amazing customer service and great care in packaging up all the plates. They were all in perfect condition and I appreciate that:)
Alison, thank you so much for your kind words! We're delighted to hear that your plates arrived safely and in perfect condition. We take great care in packaging every order, so it means a lot to know that it was appreciated. Thank you for your support!
Beautiful and antique looking switchplate. Switch Hits always has something special for your room.
I love Switch Hit's designs and huge inventory. Yes, they are pricey but worth it for me. It's great when necessity becomes art as do your selections. We don't have a single generic plastic plate cover in the house.
These covers are very solid and very beautiful. The perfect touch to my dcor and worth the investment!
A strikingly handsome and unusual finishing touch. Its the little things that count and this little thing counts a lot.
I was looking for something unique and original and you had it all!!
These were just what I wanted. They really stand out and they are of really good quality. Would def. purchase again and again...
They are gorgeous, but I wish they were offered in more variety of sizes, such as 4 toggle, two toggle one rocker, etc.....
I love this style and design, very rich looking. Wish it came in more sizes/ configurations!
I recently redid the switch plates and outlet covers throughout my home. The Switch Hits products are fantastic, great quality, look terrific. As important, the customer service team at Switch Hits is wonderfully helpful and responsive. I highly recommend the company.
I absolutely love all the six wall switches I have bought. The design and muted colors are perfect and all add a touch of whimzee. Each have fit perfectly.
Waiting for another selection of muted color, nature themed switch covers!
I love these switch plates because they are beautifully made and bring visual interest to the room.
I love the natural stone over plastic or wood. Product arrived promptly & well packaged. I've placed 2 orders so far & will be buying more. Where it's hard to match wood stain on switch plates to wood trim, the stone is perfect
We installed these last weekend and finally removed the cheap ugly gold colored switches. They are all a little different but that is what makes them so beautiful! They are rustic but also modern. We are thinking of now changing all the ones in our house (we just did the main floor). I also love that they are from recycled materials. Thank you!
I changed out all of the plates in my house and this satin nickel looks fabulous with my gray walls.
It is beautiful and looking at the bee brings me joy. I originally ordered it for a bathroom, but had to move it to the living room where I can enjoy it more often.
