If a stock item does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. All return requests must be initiated through our online returns portal. Returns submitted after 30 days are not eligible.

Approved returns that meet eligibility requirements will be refunded to the original form of payment, less any applicable shipping charges.

Handcrafted Items

Switch Hits specializes in handcrafted products. Due to their handmade nature, variations in cut, finish, and color are normal and should be expected. Each switch plate is a unique piece of functional art. These natural variations are not considered defects.
