Experience with the item was great, but I had questions before ordering and almost did not order, because there was no customer service to talk to someone. When buying pricey switch plates, it is important to have a live person to address your questions to hopefully eliminate returns.

If I did not need concave back plates, this would have been a 5 star review. These plates are beautiful & luxurious, very high quality, unlike the acrylic version offered other places.
I love the mirrored switch and plug plates. I just wish the spacers were a little thicker in depth. Even with them on, some of the plates did not lay flush with the wall.

Where is my refund for the plates I returned?
The switch plates match my mirror however they need to be more concave so whenever you mount them the actual switches aren’t so far back into the box. If you mount the switches flush there is a gap between the mirror and the switch plate.
Plates match the bevel on my existing mirror. Need to be more concave to allow proper fitting of light switch.

As far as I can tell, the shipment was shorted by 1 Single Mirror Gasket $3.50. But that’s no a big deal, however, we did not need any of them so I need to return the gaskets if I may. Tk you, Reg Taylor

The plates are very pretty, but if you have an older home where the walls are not even the plate will not sit flat to the wall. A bit of beveling on the back might make a difference for the plates, but they are very pretty!
The only reason I didn't give a "5" "great" is because a couple of the holes didn't line-up to the switch.
I purchased mirror outlet covers for the renovation of my condo. They add the “allure” I was looking for in my decor accents. The covers are real mirrors, heavy, and of great quality. I’m very happy with my purchase.
I love the look but not for my kitchen.
I purchased these initially as an accent to my huge mirror in my master bath. I then proceeded into my master bedroom for the consistent elegance. They look very nice but I do have one complaint that is, they do not lay flat against the wall. Unlike the typical light switch, there is no shallow space in the back of them to allow for the imperfections of the walls. From a distance you'd never know they're not flat against the wall. Best of all, they do add that extra sparkle I was going for. My daughters and sisters love them and they are my best critics.

The backside of this wall plate is completely flat. If your switches aren’t completely flush with the wall, the plate won’t fit snuggly. This plate is also made of real glass, so it may be prone to chipping.
The switchplate is very lovely, very stylish. I agree with other reviewers in that it does not sit flat against my wall; however given the spot that it is placed I don't even notice it any more. Would recommend.
Plate was bigger than expected by 1/2”. Seemed to be bigger than necessary but worked out fine.

They arrived in perfect shape and look wonderful. However, the 3-switch plate cover has one switch cutout that is not cut out enough, so the plate doesn't fit flush with the wall. Arrived quickly also.

A Beautiful addition to my Home Redo. These mirrored Rockers reflect a grayish hue from my Slate Appliances. I love the look. My only “Con” most of them arrived out of the package, screws were missing and a couple were broken. The weight alone was significant plus factor in “glass & mirrored they should have been bubble wrapped. Instead they were all between some brown paper. I would buy again just not so many at once. Best choice/value.
